If...

If you spend yourselves on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame you will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

Isaiah 58:10-11

A well-watered garden, a spring whose waters never fail. For Nation to Nation in 2026, we are stepping into God's vision for our service: He guides and strengthens us so that we may, in Him, satisfy the needs of the oppressed and spend ourselves on behalf of the hungry. May His light rise in the darkness and make night like noonday on the Thai-My border!

If is the word that sets this into motion, inspiring a world of possibilities where God can do more than we can even imagine, if we walk with Him. Indeed, before every outreach we pray Exodus 33:15 - 'If your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here.'

Everything we do hinges on the Lord's guidance and strength, and He is constantly showing us how He makes night like the noonday. Here are just a few examples from the start of the year...

If you sow redemptive compassion by providing practical resources such as emergency aid, rice, hygiene kits and Lifepacs... hope that changes lives is brought to hundreds of children along the border.

Pupils at many community schools received Lifepacs at the start of this year, filled with school supplies, meaning they could attend school. Thanks to rice and food sacs, teachers' salaries were supplemented, allowing these schools to remain open.

If you visit a community once a month for 2 years and if you translate 4 discipleship books into 4 different languages... relationships are built and you are invited to teach these books to over 200 community members!

In 3 short weeks of teaching so far, we've seen healing, hope stories and hearts opened, not only for adults but children too!

If my people humble themselves and pray, I will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Our weekly prayer meetings in January have already been resounding with answered prayers including provision for medical needs, good news that doctors thought unlikely, a new driver, and accomodation for our team members!
